Ed Hughes is the Executive Director of The Counseling Center, Inc. (TCC) is a multi-county addiction and mental health services provider with outpatient offices in Portsmouth and West Union, Ohio. TCC is the parent organization of four residential programs offering treatment services. Stepping Stone House is a 90-day residential program for women and their children; the Marsh House is a variable-length-stay residential program for adult men; Kindred Spirits is a six-month residential program for adolescent boys; and Bridges is a six-month residential program for adolescent girls.TCC is also the parent organization for the social enterprise and job development program, HopeWorks.
